It’s hard to believe that another year has passed and it’s time for Mental Health America of Central Virginia’s Annual Membership Drive! Through Membership, you can demonstrate your belief in the importance of good mental health and provide MHACV with funds that are vital to the programs we offer.

In the year 2006 the Members of MHACV helped provide:

• 28 Educational programs to the community
• Support and Education Groups for persons affected by Depression, Bipolar Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and Suicide
• Mutual Education, Support and Advocacy (MESA) seminars for persons who have a loved one with a mental illness
• Mental health screenings, consultations and referrals

• Over 16,000 issues of ParenTalk to first time parents
• Services to more than 8,000 residents of Central Virginia.

The Board of Directors, staff and beneficiaries of MHACV ask you to join Mental Health America of Central Virginia today! Please help us continue to promote mental health and eliminate the stigma associated with mental illness through advocacy, education, research and service for the residents of Central Virginia
