MESA (Mutual Education Support and Advocacy)

 These workshops are  for family members of persons with serious mental illness.  The focus is on learning about specific mental illness, their symptoms, and treatment options, and on self care for the family member.  Sessions usually meet for an hour and a half weekly for twelve weeks.
