The Community Partnership of Southern Arizona (a not for profit provider of behavioral health services in southern Arizona) has launched a module on their web site that should be of significant benefit to anyone who is trying to find information about social services in any of the 50 states. 

From the bottom right side of their Home Page, www.cpsa-rbha.org there is a link to National Information, where an individual has direct access to 16 state specific sets of information for each state (plus DC), including the state mental health authority.
